At MellowFem, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our dresses, skirts, jackets, and coats. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable.
- You must initiate the return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, intimate apparel, or any item marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
The Return Process
- Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected] within the 14-day window. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Instructions: We will respond with detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number may not be processed.
- Ship the Item: Please securely package the item and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
- Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
